Our commitment
Creative spaces should be safe, welcoming, and accessible
St. Luke's Regional Medical Center Medical Staff Auxiliary, LTD works to reduce barriers by offering clear enrollment information, supportive instruction, respectful participation standards, and partnerships that connect families with additional resources. We prioritize youth safety, informed family communication, and program environments where each participant is treated with dignity.
We also recognize that meaningful access requires more than opening a classroom door. Whenever resources allow, we address participation costs, supplies, transportation challenges, language access, and accommodations so that young people can remain engaged over time.
Accessible
Low-barrier opportunities designed for broad participation.
Mentored
Consistent guidance from caring adults and creative professionals.
Accountable
Programs reviewed through feedback, outcomes, and responsible oversight.
